H.O.K. Sauce

I have decided to christen this season's sauce as H.O.K. Sauce. The acronym stands for Hint of Kick. The sauces are fairly mild but have just enough heat to keep them interesting. I also enjoy the fact that the vegetal flavor of peppers is present without burning the roof of my mouth.  Additionally, I discovered the woozy (not a typo) bottle. They are ready-to-go bottles for bottling and dispensing hot sauce. 

My fermenting supplies continue to grow!
