Fermented Vegetables: This book is my go-to resource for all things vegetable. Christopher and Kirsten Shockey provide step-by-step instructions and excellent photos.

FermentWorks: A treasure trove of reliable information. Their troubleshooting tips are excellent. They also offer classes for additional experience with various types of fermentation. I completed the Mastering Vegetable Fermentation class and Fermenting Hot Sauces class. I found their hands-on approach very helpful.
